Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 October 2026

This policy explains what the game Crowngrave ("the game", "we") collects about you, why, how long it is kept, and what you can do about it. The game is developed by Eugene Pecherskiy, who is the data controller. Contact: contactcrowngrave@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

The legal bases are the performance of our agreement with you (your account, progress and purchases), our legitimate interest in a fair, working game (anti-cheat, crash reports) and your consent where required (personalised ads).

Who processes it

Google (Firebase, Google Cloud, AdMob) processes this data for us. Our database and server are located in the European Union (Belgium, europe-west1). Google may process data in other countries under its standard contractual clauses. Google Play and the Apple App Store process your payments under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, object to its use, or have it deleted. You can delete your account in the game (Settings → Delete account) or on the web at the account deletion page, without installing the game. For anything else write to contactcrowngrave@gmail.com. If you are in the EEA or the UK you may also complain to your data protection authority.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 (under 16 in some EEA countries), and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We will post changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
