These terms apply to the game Crowngrave, developed by Eugene Pecherskiy ("we"). By playing you agree to them. Contact: contactcrowngrave@gmail.com.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete it at any time (see the privacy policy).

Sapphires and other virtual items

Sapphires, gold, items and other in-game content are a licence to use them in the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold outside the game. Purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store and are final, except where the store's refund policy or the law where you live says otherwise. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the sapphires it gave may be removed. Deleting your account removes everything on it, including unspent sapphires.

Fair play

Do not cheat: no modified game clients, no tampering with saves, the clock or network traffic, no automation, and no exploiting bugs. Results that our server cannot verify are not credited. We may reset progress gained unfairly, and suspend or close accounts that cheat or abuse the game.

The game itself

We keep improving the game, so content, balance and prices may change. We provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the loss of virtual items. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms; the new version applies from the date above. If you keep playing after a change you accept it.
